The Cooperative currently has two very nice Oak Units Shares that are for sale. One is unoccupied and immediately available. Please click on the link for each unit to find a description of the unit. It includes the price and the monthly maintenance fee. Various sized units do become available from time to time. For that reason, the Cooperative maintains a Wait List for those that want a larger unit or a specific floor plan. For $300.00 one can join the official wait list. The amount is fully refundable at any time. When a unit becomes available, members on the wait list are given the first opportunity to purchase it. If no member on the wait list is interested, then it becomes available to the public. Members of the wait list remain in the same position on the list.
