We are an age 55+ housing cooperative residing in a three-story structure with underground garage on three plus acres located at the intersection of SW Magazine Road and SW Westview Drive. Shopping, restaurants, and services are within a short distance. Vintage Cooperative of Ankeny is located on the Vintage Hills Campus, which is part of a planned community called Prairie Trail.

Our building is handicap accessible, secure and equipped with fire, security, and safety systems throughout. There are 10 floor plans and 45 Co-Op homes in total. All have generous space ranging from 1,106 square feet to 1,423 square feet. All the Co-Op homes have 9 ft ceilings and third floor units have vaulted 10 feet high ceilings in the open area living area. Each unit includes kitchen and laundry appliances, individual heating/air conditioning units, blinds, carpeting and a deck or balcony. No two units are alike.
