What the Member likes about the Poplar Suite
The entry is the hi-lite of my unit for me. I like not coming directly into my kitchen. And… I definitely like that it has 2 storage spaces: one off the front entryway and the laundry/storage room. The almost 7’ island is an added plus for me also. I like the openness of the kitchen/dining/living space along with the large bedroom with the “pocket” door. Being a corner unit, I have 2 sides with windows, definitely a plus.

What the member likes about the Chestnut Suite.
This floor plan allows ample space for 1-2 people. The master bedroom/bath/closet area is generous in size and storage space. The second bedroom allows many possible uses: office, arts/crafts area, man cave or bedroom. We especially enjoy the spacious main area. The balcony is great for grilling and chilling as we have a view overlooking the main entrance and parking. It is so much fun to see our neighbors as they enjoy this carefree lifestyle.

This is only our private space, but we use the amenities of our entire community with spacious meeting rooms, library, coffee shop, game room, patio with grill and more. What the Member likes about the Birch Suite
I enjoy the Birch suite because we wanted a somewhat larger unit. The Birch has large 8′ patio doors and extra windows making it bright and sunny. I also like the way the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit, giving more privacy to each. The spacious laundry room and walk in closet give wonderful storage space to this unit. Our unit has a great room concept with wonderful room for entertaining and dining.
