All units have an open concept area for the kitchen, dining room and living room, which opens to a balcony or terrace. Each unit contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bedroom walk-in closet and a laundry/storage room. Some larger units may have a den. Included with every unit is an underground heated garage stall. All utilities are included in the monthly fee except for unit electricity. Direct TV and Century Link Internet are included in the monthly fee.
