Vintage Hills Campus

Vintage Cooperative of Ankeny is part of the Prairie Trail Vintage Hills Campus located in Southwest Ankeny, Iowa. The senior housing cooperative is located on 3.3 acres of ground. Within the facility are 45 Co-Op Homes, a large common amenities area and a 50 stall underground garage.

Directly to the west of the Vintage Cooperative of Ankeny is the neighboring Vintage Cooperative of Prairie Trail and Independence Village; a memory care and assisted living facility. The cooperative is along a several mile High Trestle Trail bike and walking path. Nearby is a several acre conservation area with walking path. Just south is “The District” where restaurants, entertainment and personal services are available. If you want more than what the cooperative’s fitness center provides the DMACC Trail Point Fitness Center offers extensive services.
